Word count was half of what I paid for, and the assignment was only a 38% when I paid for 60-69% pass, no offer of refund or anything. When I complained and said I Would report them they threatened to inform my tutor that I had paid for my assignment to be done! DO NOT USE!

Do not use this service. Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service team!!!!! I had given the assignment and all the relevant information required based on the assignment brief and lecturer guidance. Upon several escalations, the solution every time was not complete according to the requirements provided. I contacted the company and they were extremely rude, as always. They do not listen and refuse to accept the mistakes they have made. I had requested a refund. Initially they said the solution provided was meeting all the requirements and refused to issue the refund. It's been 2 weeks since I have been requesting a refund and still they are refusing to accept there is an issue with the solution they have provided. It's not just this assignment, I had other bad experiences like not receiving solutions on time, not following simple formatting instructions, not following the assignment brief and extremely unprofessional rude behaviour. For one assignment, I contacted live chat and spoke to an agent and they were extremely rude, giving sarcastic answers and telling me information irrelevant to my query. Do not use this service.

They are extremely scam, they will take payment and will never deliver you an assignment.

This was written in 2017 and they took it down. Posting this up again. What a way to go losing $300+ on these bunch of scammers. They will lie about everything to hold onto your money once they get it. After submitting my payment for an order, I wanted to ask for a refund (which I emailed them about, 1 hour after the payment, to which an order number was NOT received yet). However, after emailing them for a refund FOUR times over the span of 8 hours, I still had no response. It was only after I talked to them via their live customer service chat did I receive my order number almost immediately, and then be given "a writer has already started on your order, and as such, we cannot refund it". However, after discussing with their live chat for about a total of 3-4 hours, demonstrating here and there all over the place about their poor quality customer service, did they finally claim they would give me a refund. However, of course, the time they guaranteed for me to receive my money back, was proven wrong and wrong, over and over again. They will not respond to your questions, unless you literally ask the same question about 10 times in a row will they finally respond to it (which will be a lie anyway). The customer service representative clearly does represent the company as who they are, incompetent, ESL, liars. There is NOTHING legitimate about this business. All nothing but a shady show to snag away your hard earned money. Steer clear. However, the only saving grace for me is that I paid via paypal. Say hello to buyer protection. They ended up providing me the refund, after 5+ failed deadlines provided, and only after I constantly reminded them about the evidence I have accumulated, and Paypal's buyer protection and so forth. Oh and PS, the company is based in India, not the UK or Aus as the website is designed to make you believe. I figured this out when they showed me a screenshot of the confirmed paypal refund and a description saying "Note: Payment can't be made in Indian Rupees unless the seller and buyer are both located in India -- you'll need to use a different currency with one of your other available payment methods for this transaction." Lies lies lies :)

These people are total fraud and scammers. I clearly stated requirements and expectations, deadlines, even provided all the required study material. Instead, I received partially done draft work after missing the three weekly deadlines, terrible quality and off-topic, not covering the specified points in the requirements. An absolute scam

An absolute scam. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY. Their work is subpar at best and is well known to several universities in Australia. They will not show up on a plagirism report because they are not uploaded. The university's internal software however, immediately flags it. They utilise a template and just copy and paste prewritten answers the same for everyone. And they will try to harvest your personal information and then blackmail you afterwards when you point out that they are scamming you.

This is a bad company, never use them. I won't say worst, just because they will reply to you, even though won't consider whatever you have asked to do. The worse worldwide assignment services

When they offer their services, they sell themself as the best and promise to be on top of the assignment but never do it. It is the worse assignment help that I've received. They were supposed to deliver my assignment at a specific time, but it took more than 4 hours than the deadline. The consequences were a zero mark and loss of the subject.
